On the Dream, how long are the lines for the meet and greets? Are we talking lines like in the parks or shorter?

Also, I'm seeing in some Navigators where the characters are kind of staggered. Will they appear in the same area, so that we only have to hang around one place for a while, or are they spread out over the ship?

I'm really hoping that we can just show up to a couple different times and get most of our characters at one time. Is that realistic?

How it has worked on the other three ships is that you can call the PALS line to get the minute-by-minute schedule for each character and exactly where they will be located. At the prime M&G times, like before & between dinner seatings, you will have several character locations that do stagger the times the characters come out. So you will have a spot to the right of the MDR in the atrium, to the left, up on deck 4 at the top of the stairs and one on deck 4 where you can look down over the atrium at the elevators. Each character will be out 20-30 minutes. We show up at the first one about 10 minutes early to get near the front of the line. It is possible to see 6-8 characters in the hour before dinner. ;) I make sure that I have written down the location for each and then when we have finished one M&G, I go to where the next scheduled one is and confirm with the CM there that the character will be arriving next. If there is already a character out that we have seen, I let the CM know that I will go to the end of that line and let anyone else who gets in line know that we are waiting for the next character. If they want to see the one out at that time, I let them get in front of me. When the line is cut off, the CM comes to where I am in line and lets everyone know behind us that they are now waiting for the next character. I liked how the Fantasy was set up with some M&G locations hidden in the wall of the atrium so that they just have to slide the doors open and there was a little alcove where the character can stand for photos. This gives even more options. HTH!
