Under 7 and nope you cant pre order sadly.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure the child has to be under 7, i.e. the same age as is required to visit for free

for kids under 7 - good deal if you can get it

Children have to be 3 years old, and aged under 7, to be able to get a free annual pass when buying an adult one of the same type.

Well only researching at the moment as well as having massive Disney withdrawl after my trip to WDW - I am looking at a Halloween break so we could do one of the parties
