I have just spent the past 40 minutes on the phone to Disney Central Reservations - 0033160 30 60 69 number - and I got passed from pillar to post, cut off and put through to a french answering message that terminated the call (more than once)!
Anybody that did speak English asked me where I was calling from, when I said the UK and explained I wanted hotel booking quotes for a dream AP holder I was told I'd get passed to an English speaking or UK booking line and then surprise surprise I got transfered to a French answer message and the call cut off. What a waste of time and money!
From the little French I understand I beleive the answer message was one to rate how I found the customer service......
Can any other AP holders let me know their own experiences please? I've gave up tonight as I don't want to waste any more money phoning France.
