I have just spent the past 40 minutes on the phone to Disney Central Reservations - 0033160 30 60 69 number - and I got passed from pillar to post, cut off and put through to a french answering message that terminated the call (more than once)!

Anybody that did speak English asked me where I was calling from, when I said the UK and explained I wanted hotel booking quotes for a dream AP holder I was told I'd get passed to an English speaking or UK booking line and then surprise surprise I got transfered to a French answer message and the call cut off. What a waste of time and money! :mad:

From the little French I understand I beleive the answer message was one to rate how I found the customer service......

Can any other AP holders let me know their own experiences please? I've gave up tonight as I don't want to waste any more money phoning France. :headache:
 
You'll find that most people don't bother. The rates for AP holders aren't good and more often than not you can get better room only rates on Expedia.
 
I thought I would try on the off chance. Its a shame there isn't a way to book online with an AP. You would think they would make it easier.
 
I just phone the normal UK booking line and ask them, usually speak to lovely people from the US who can provide the information I'm after. Don't be surprised if the quote you get for room only with AP discount is more than a package though.
