Question for everyone, who booked directly through the DCL website and who used a travel agency? Has anyone received their room numbers yet?

We decided to invite our family and friends to join us on the cruise. So far, my brother in law, his wife and her 2 kids are coming!

My husband and I will be on this cruise and are so excited! My sister-in-law and her family will be in cabin next door to us and we want to learn more about the fish extender. I just saw that this is a Halloween cruise. Can someone give me details on that? I'm not sure what it means, but I have a feeling it will be magical!

We booked thru DU, and had our cabin numbers immediately. I'm new to cruising, but from what I've read, maybe it's the type of fare that you booked? With some rates, cabins are assigned closer to sail date.

My husband and I will be on this cruise and are so excited! My sister-in-law and her family will be in cabin next door to us and we want to learn more about the fish extender. I just saw that this is a Halloween cruise. Can someone give me details on that? I'm not sure what it means, but I have a feeling it will be magical!

This is our first cruise and we are all super excited to see what extra magic the Halloween theming will bring. I'm not participating in FE, so I can't help you there. But I think others are working on organizing an FE group.

Awesome, our room number was assigned immediately too! We typically book GTY or VGT rates through Dreams Unlimited. I heard that if you don't book using a discounted rate you have a better chance of an upgrade since DCL over sells each category. We'll see what happens!

I wanted to check in and say hi to everyone! It's been crazy busy but tomorrow is Commencement for our college and
then I should be slowing down a lot and able to be on the dis!

Welcome to all newcomers and hi to all that have been here for a while.

Not taking my kids since they will be in college and HS and booked with just my mom and me!

We would like to do the meet/greet (are we having one) but will pass on the FE. Did that over NYE and while it was
great, it was a lot of work (and fun!) for me and think I will give it a pass this time but would still love to meet
if that is what we are doing? Has anyone organized?

Planning on taking private transportation to the port on September 14 from the GFVs and arrive at the port about 10:00 am.

Once onboard, want to book my last two nights at Palo/Remy (did the first two nights) and the champagne tasting. Maybe Rainforest
full cruise passes but some saying that may be a waste? We just want to relax and hang out during the day either in the adult only area
or spa I think.

No plans for Nassau and thinking staying on the ship.

What do you all have planned so far?

How fun! Hope you and your mom enjoy your cruise together. So jealous of your Remy/Palo reservations. I would love to do Palo brunch, but nervous about DS3 leaving our side. He's going thru a phase lately where he's attached to our hips. We're hoping to at least do a tasting or mixology.

This is our first cruise - ever. (DH went on an Alaskan cruise before we even met). We don't vacation often, so we are really looking forward to this trip! Upgraded our rooms today from 5C to 4C - excited to have the extra room!

I've been working on our pirate and Halloween costumes. The kids are excited about dressing up. After the cruise we are planning a day poolside, a day at LegoLand, and a night at MNSSHP.

Hello everyone! After reading all of your posts, I am happy to see I am not the only one that is super excited for our cruise. This will be our first Disney cruise. We want to have the full experience by participating in the FE too. It will be me, DH & DD (will be 2 1/2). Can't wait! Only 113 days to go.

We are super excited for a Halloween Cruise.. We have done the Christmas Cruises in the past and they are wonderful! Love the atmosphere of the holidays!

Can't say for sure, but I don't see why not. I've read reports and seen photos recently of folks on pirate night with play swords.
