Dream 1 Bedroom Concierge Early Booking

I'm trying to find out more about what options are allowable for the 125 day mark email. We are foodies, and mostly interested in the Remy/Palo tasting options, and perhaps Spa options, but I can't really understand what I can ask for or what I cannot ask for. Is there a solid list of request options for that 125 day email? Also, is there a list of the Concierge inclusions as well? Thanks.

If the things you listed. Call them a week or two before the 125 day mark and get a list of the tastings and times. Then email your request at 125 days. If you are doing brunch, make sure the tasting you want is not the same day/time.
