glad you were able to get in. How bizarre. You obviously booked it with the rundisney code (the TA called that in? you did? there was no code field to do it online, so calling had to happen), I'm assuming you got email confirmation etc etc. How did it not get paid in full or sent to the TA? Crazy!
the rundisney code followed your reservation, I assume?
We made the reservation with DCL, and they apparently failed to send the info to our TA. Our TA straightened everything out and re-established our reservation.
