I'll be cheering for the runners, but not running. Those knees are long gone.Bike riding works for me. Can you walk the 5K?

The 5K being done by run Disney are for people who are participating in the Castaway Challenge with means you did a 10k, 1/2 marathon or marathon on the Walt Disney World marathon weekend. Supports for runners will have to report to WD theater at 5:45 AM, they will go ashore for the race at 7:00, then return to the ship. All ashore is set for 8:30ish.

If the ship does their usual 5K, yes you can walk the 5K. Typically they do the 5K around 9AM.
