Drama, Please End...Fun, Please Begin...A Sept TR Updated 10/31

Anyone else having issues getting to your CP or PM's? I can't get to my subscribed threads and I have been getting the message that the boards are down for 2 hours for an upgrade.....since 6 AM! What's up with that? It's making me nuts because I really hoped to get up to date on all my subscribed threads this weekend. I made no plans just so that I could do that and now I can't get to the dang things!!!

Yes, it has been like that ALL day and it is driving me crazy. So I keep going to the individual sections -- Resorts, Trip Reports, etc.

So glad you brought that up....I was up at the crack of dawn, put the coffee on, put on a load of laundry....and NO DISBOARDS!!! I'm like you, sometimes I can't get on during the week or can't get through everything I was to do and that's my Saturday morning......ugh!!!!

Aww, it's beautiful! The silver Mickey's are kind of odd, since they don't even go with the color scheme of the rest of the cake! Still, glad you enjoyed it and had a lovely dinner with good service!

It was odd but considering they were $40 and I got $30 off of the cake, I wasn't too upset.

Just finished reading your entire TR, wow, you have really had some luck but you've also had a lot of fun it sounds like. And great pictures, you do a great job taking pictures. I enjoyed getting to see the parade during MNSSHP since we've never been for that.

Last time I took my mom we had to take a lot of breaks, the heat was hard on her too. So sorry to hear about your kitty, we love our cats too & its always hard when you lose one

I hope it comes out that your cousin was okay & it doesn't ruin your anniversary time with your DH

Glad to have you here. I love taking pictures and hope that some day I will actually figure out how to use my camera properly.

Our awesome waiter packed up our cake for us and also brought me a few take home containers so that I could try and get the sugar flowers home safely.

We collected our cake and made our way back to our resorts. I drove one car back and Joe took my brother back and got gas in the other.

My cousin, sister and nephew wanted to swim so I thought I'd go down to the pool and take a few pictures. I stink at nght shots so I figured I'd practice. Yeah, these are pretty craptastic too.

My nephew was getting tired of being the target of my picture taking.........

Disney, Day 7 - Craptastic Stuff/Drama = The horribly mannered children at dinner, the urgent care center!!!

I could not believe how fast our trip was going. We were already at day 8!

Day 8 was our 10 year wedding anniversary. We have been celebrating at Disney every year. We missed one there early on though.

Our favorite breakfast on property by far is Kona Cafe. We plan to eat there more than once next year. We just love it. We had an early ressie at Kona and it was the first time my cousin would get to see The Poly.

We arrived at Kona and checked in.

Breakfast was amazing, as usual. I kick myself every time though for not getting the pancakes. That's okay though, because Joe shared his with me. I think he did that only because it was our anniversary. ha ha.

The coffee at Kona is a hit with my family, hence it's own picture.

Our waiter brought us this too after we finished our breakfast.

We pay for Kona out of pocket using the TiW card. It's less than if we were to go to IHOP at home. How awesome is that?!!!

After breakfast we got silly in the shops at the Poly

My cousin got the cutest dress in there.

Can you tell how excited Joe and my brother were about the shopping that we were doing?

We left the Poly and headed back to WL for our photo session. The plan was that after the photo session, Joe and I would get to spend the entire day together until it was time to meet with the family and a friend at Artist Point.

We got back to WL and had a few minutes to spare before our pictures. We met at the photopass desk and checked in. Our photographer was Gino. For anyone out there thinking of a session at WL, you should ask for Gino. He was awesome!

I paid for the extended session and the works, meaning that I got the CD, etc. It was super hot out but Gino managed to make the session a lot of fun. Here are some of the pictures. I ended up with over 200 of them so obviously, these are my favorites!

Here are the anniversary pictures that Gino took of the two of us.

There were just tons of pictures to choose from. Gino also asked us thoroughout the shoot if there were combos that we wanted him to take or if there was a particular location that we wanted to go to at the Lodge. I can't say enough about him. He was fantastic.

You should really try and get to Kona. It won't disappoint you! Very yummy.

I got the necklace at Tren-D. I am kicking myself because they had one similar in silver and I didn't get it...even after Joe told me that I should.
