We got back to WL and mom, my sister and I decided to do laundry. Can there be much drama in laundry? Not really. You go, you wash, dry and you're done...right? Well, normally...yes.
We checked out the laundry room at WL. What a disappointment. There were 6 washing machines and 10 dryers. That's it! At CSR last year there were TONS of both and it was fairly easy to do your laundry. We went to check it out and there were people hovering around both the washers and the dryers. This isn't gonna be easy.

We had a limited time before our ADR's and we had
MNSSHP that night so I was determined to get it done.
We went upstairs and collected our laundry. I got those Purex all in one thingys before we left to try and make it easier. Joe carried ours down and when we got there, mom and my sister were already there. We decided that since we had a limited number of machines open, we'd combine our whites. HUGE mistake.....are these your gotchies or mine?
Anyway, the people that were hovering when we came down the first time were back. Rut-row....were they gonna use all of the remaining open dryers? Yep, they did. Let's cross our fingers that they would be back to take their stuff out.
We loaded up the 6 washers...yep, we hogged up all open washers.

It said that the wash load was 32 minutes. Okay, well, let's go and come back. Nope, mom wanted to be with her laundry.

We decided that we'd go to Roaring Forks.

My sister and I shared a salad which wasn't really too bad but man, the selection ther really sucks bad!
After we ate we went back to the laundry room. There was no way 32 minutes went by but guess what? The machines had already stopped! Yikes, glad we went to check before someone emptied them for us.
We were lucky that the people did come back for their clothes so we got to dry ours. At 2 bucks a load to wash, and 2 bucks a load to dry, we were hoping that we could get it done with one tumble of each dryer. Nope, no chance.
We finished our laundry and lugged it back to our rooms. All in all....no laundry drama! Yay, maybe our trip was looking up!!
We still had a bit of time before our ADR at WCC. I am so glad that I made our ADR in WL before MNSSHP.
We checked in, got our buzzer, which would later be known as the "dingus that they give you at Longhorns" and waited for our table. We were seated rather quickly, which was nice since our ADR was at 5:20 and I really wanted to get to WL before 7.
Joe got the milkshake
My brother was brave enough to ask for a refill on his Coke...YES, COKE, not diet....can you imagine how many calories this thing contained?
While we were waiting for our food, a dad came in with his daughter dressed for MNSSHP. Awesome costumes! He was Fred Flintstone and she was Pebbles. So cute.
I can't really remember who had what, but here are some of the dishes.
My nephew really wanted ketchup but after hearing WE NEED KEEETTCCHHUUUUPPPPP a zillion times, he decided he'd go without it.
All in all, I enjoyed WCC, but you have to be in the mood for the noise. It can be overwhelming.
We finished our meal and mom went back to the room. She decided not to go to MNSSHP this year and based on how the trip was going, that was probably a good decision.
We headed for the boat dock and it was pretty crowded. There were quite a few people dressed up. There was no way I'd dress in a costume given the heat of this trip.
