Dr. Scholl's orthotic inserts

Any experience?

I have a pair and they are decent. I bought a pair of Superfeet inserts for my last Disney trip and they are wonderful! It took about two weeks to break them in so keep that in mind. Once they were broken in I don't even feel them and now I only want to wear that pair of shoes because they are so comfortable.

I picked up a pair on my last overseas trip, and I did not enjoy them at all. Having said that, I don't think I bought the right type for what I needed. (I had no idea they made multiple styles, though.)

My issue with them was that the heel area was too hard. It was like walking on a rock, but I think that other styles might have a different heel configuration.

I have ones to help with my lack of an arch. I put them in my Uggs. Some shoes they make too tight but they help me wear Uggs and other shoes that have no support.

I purchased a pair this past weekend to wear while we were in NYC for a couple days. I have blisters and my foot is swollen and in pain, so would my foot be worse without the inserts or were they useless?

I've been using the Dr. Sholl's now for 2-3 years. My Dr. recommend it for my plantar fasciitis. Without the inserts I'd be dying!
