Dr.Phil's Shape UP Supplement Program

Hi There -

Has anyone had any success using Dr Phil's Shape Up Supplement program??? I was thinking about starting them but was hoping to get some feedback on them.

Any Pros or Cons will be greatly appreciated

Haven't heard about it yet. I have the books. I'll have to look into it. I'm trying to do a combo of it and WW but haven't been journaling or much of anything diet wise.
