So is anyone else following this plan? After letting myself go completely out of control for the past couple of months I finally got the nerve to step on the scale and face the music..it wasn't pretty! I knew it was bad cuz none of my clothes fit anymore, and I have been wearing baggy sweats and not leaving the house. My daughter went out and bought me the food guide, and I have been following the paln for almost two weeks now and was thrilled to have lost 6 pounds so far..It seems I have had better luck with this plan then WW's since I tend to stay with in my points but eat way to many carbs. But this plan has help me keep my carb intake down and I even have started to look forward to eating breakfast again, something I haven't done in a long time. So if anyone else out there is doing this I would love to hear from you. I also have started up with my exercise program..so I am on my way.

I didn't do it on any specific plan, but find for myself that Dr. Phil's "you are responsible for your own behavior" philosophy really works for me--although a lot of people don't share my opinion--I know some find him offensive on some levels! I know what you mean by wearing baggy sweats and not leaving the house--believe me, I've been there! Congratulations on losing six pounds and exercising--that's GREAT!!!
