I read somewhere there are two menu's, one for DP and another for Out of Pocket. It was said the out of pocket had a better choice for food.
Is this true or just another rumour running around the interwebs?

The only thing they may be talking about is places where the DDP is not allowed.
For instance, Sleepy Hollow. You can use snack credits to get a regular funnel cake, but you'll have to pay OOP for the waffle sandwiches. So, technically, I guess that's a different menu for OOP, but in reality it's just what is/isn't allowed on the DDP.

I guess the same could be said for TS and appetizers on the regular DDP. Apps aren't a part of the DDP, so the app menu doesn't apply to you, but if you're paying OOP, you can get all the apps you want.

The is only the one menu at the restaurants. It doesn't matter if you are DP or OOP, you all get the same menu.

Along the lines of differences a child must order off the kids menu if there is one on the Dining plan. If you are OOP you could order anything.
