DP Alcohol at the Buffet

Hello all! Not a big wine or beer drinker so just wondering....does anyone have any experience with ordering a cocktail at a dinner show where beer and wine are included, but cocktails can be purchased (like Hoop Dee Doo or Spirit of Aloha) with the dining plan?

Do you mean you might want to order a drink that is not on the "freebie" list as part of the dining plan or as part of the dinner show ? I am not sure I understand the question...

Yes - since the dining plan includes one alcohol drink I would like to order a cocktail since I do not care for beer or wine.

If you want to order something that is beyond what you get with the DDP then you just pay for it out of pocket.

I think the question is are the normally OOP drinks at these type shows now covered if using the DDP. Considering the character buffets, F! pkg and ROL pkg do allow an alcoholic drink if using DDP (but don't if paying OOP), I'd say it's possible the dinner shows may as well, but I haven't seen any reports confirming such.

I got offered cocktails at all the buffets including breakfast at crystal palace.

I imagine that you can have your cocktail because it is included in the plan. Then if you want the included beverages, they are well...included.

I had a bloody mary at tusker house and orange juice as well. Without extra cost
