Dowtown Check In

When I received my tickets on Saturday I didnt notice that there were no vouchers for the down town disney check in. We go on Saturday and need to find out whats going on.

As I write this I am on the phone to Virgin (so far 10 minutes on hold) to find out what is happening.

Anybody else going in the next couple of days experienced this?

I'd presume your confirmation that shows its a virgin holiday rather than seperate componenets would suffice at DTD

I'm sure if you showed your Virgin holiday confirmation they would let you off not having the actual vouchers.

I suprised that they don't make the Downtown Disney check-in free for both Virgin Holiday customers and flight only customers. Especially as flydrive customers also get the vouchers even though they may not have booked any hotel or service from Virgin Holidays.

When we came back last Wednesday we had vouchers but for some unknown reason there was no Downtown check in that day. Staff were flagging down cars in the car park before anyone unloaded any luggage and telling them they would have to check in at MCO instead.

That would have been a real pain for us as we had no car and took a cab from our hotel to DTD!
