IS THERE A BUS TO DOWNTOWN DISNEY FROM ANY OF THE PARKS OR DO YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO A RESORT FIRST?

unless it's changed dtd was a transportation "hub" and i think you could get a bus to there from anywhere.

I believe that has changed. I think now that there are only buses to/from resorts. The reason that I have heard is that too many were parking (free) at DTD and taking a bus to the parks.
