How do I get from Poly to DTD. Also... I heard there is somewhere where the children are encouraged to join in for dance lessons that is a lot of fum. anybody done this? Is there anything besides shopping at DTD for 4-6yo children? Any kid friendly restaurant in DTD recommended?? I have only one free evening and want to do something we have not done already. Thanks!

Disney transportation buses can take you to DTD from any hotel. There is mostly just shopping and restraunts at DTD. There is a McDonald's and a Lego superstore that has many life-size lego creations.

Rainforest Cafe is geared towards Families in my opinion. I'm sure with kiddos you've done McDonald's before, but this one is pretty big and has legos all around outside. I think they also offer some different menu items if its like the one nearby (Pizza, etc). Sometimes there is entertainment at night. Of course there is Disney Quest for kids.

There is also the Rainforest Cafe there.
DD is a great place to go. The Lego Store has a small playground in the back of it also. Its lifesize displays are pretty cool to see What you can do with legos. There also is Disney quest which I have never been to but I here it is cool . It requires admission but comes with the UPH pass.
Have A great time!

The Rainforest Cafe is neat for kids, just be sure to call ahead for seating. The wait times are normally very long. We have grabbed a quick bite at Wolfgang Puck Express, very good food and a nice variety. My son loves the Lego playground, could stay there for hours if you let him. There are a couple of small kiddie rides there and a water fountain that shoots water out from the ground. The kids love that. Be sure to check out Once Upon a Toy, very neat toy store. We had a blast putting together our own Mr. Potato Head box!
