Downtown Disney ?

My DH and I will be traveling with our twin grandkids (boy/girl) that are two years old in September (and their parents!). I was wondering if there is anything that would be attractive for that age at Downtown Disney? I know it is shops and restaurants, but just wondering if there is anything there for them to do?

A small carousel and train ride, perhaps the Lego Store and toy store Once Upon a Toy.
