Downtown Disney Sweet 16 ideas?

Hi! I'm going to be turning 16 in a couple of months and being a Disney lover I wanted to throw it at Disneyland! However with wanting to invite around 8 people it's not in my budget to take everyone to the park. Sooo instead I was thinking about having it at Downtown Disney! Any unique ideas other than just eating out?

Here's some of my ideas:
1. Shopping (I know, super original )
2. Catch a show at the AMC
3. Make a scavenger hunt
4. Make Build a Bears (slightly overlaps #1)
5. See a show at the House of Blues
6. Explore the hotels (as much as is allowed, no trespassing please )
