Downtown Disney Shop hours??

Does anyone know how late most of the shops in Downtown Disney are open? We'll be there 12/6 thru 12/13, and I'm curious to know if it would be worthwhile to head over after the parks close (since that's around 7ish for most parks...)

The shops are usually open until 11pm. It does get very busy there in the evening. Especially on weekends.
