Downtown Disney Resort Question

I don't know if this has been answered somewhere before, but I am curious. I have never stayed at a Downtown Disney Resort area Hotel before.
I looked up information online and it states that they are "official Walt Disney World" hotels. So, you get the Disney transportation, and the ability to make ADRs. If you are staying at one of these resorts, would you also receive a Magic Band and the ability to make FP+ selections? Like I said, I have no idea how these hotels work I have never stayed at one before. Did they used to have KTTW Cards, or just room keys without the ability to charge back to the room?

Any more info about these hotels would be helpful

No Disney transportation they have their own shuttle system, this also means no free parking at parks if you have a car.

No MagicBands, no charge to rooms, no shipping to resort, no Extra Magic Hours except for the Hilton. Anyone staying anywhere can make ADRs.

These basically are no different than any other offsite resort other than their location. Official hotel is a misleading partnership description. Here are some of the perks given - http://www.downtowndisneyhotels.com/benefits/disney-advantage

Look further on that site for info on all the DTD hotels.
