We are arriving at about 1pm on Halloween. We have decided to take the afternoon and early evening to enjoy the little bit of Hollywood Studios that is not under construction and then head to Downtown Disney with an 8pm ADR for Ragland Road. Anybody out there know if there is anything special going on at Disney Springs on Halloween?
