Downtown Disney Hours?

We are going to Disneyland Sept 18-22. I know that on the weekdays the parks will probably close at 8pm. I was thinking that we could go to DD after the park closes on one of our nights and have dinner and do some shopping. What I was wondering was how long does DD stay open on the weekdays. Will we have time after the park closes or should we head over earlier?

Also what time does it open in the morning? Could we get breakfast at La Brea Bakery at 7:30 am?

DTD is generally open at least 1 hour after park closing. I'm not sure about opening, I think it's similar but not sure.

According to La Brea's website, they open at 8:00 AM. I was hoping to hit them up for early breakfast as well. http://www.labreabakery.com/storelocator.aspx

Each of the DTD shops operates according to its own hours. Some open earlier and some close earlier. You'd need to check with each place to find their operating hours.

Generally speaking DTD is open one hour after park closing, but again, that varies by shop.

DTD tends to open up with the parks and, like others have said, close one hour after the parks (although the restaurants stay open for about 2 hours after if the park closes at 8 pm...at least in my experience, probably to cash in on the dinner-and-a-movie crowd). Ergo, if you're looking for a sit-down breakfast beforehand, go to one of the hotels, but if you're looking for dinner afterwards, then you're in luck.
