Where do I find the hours of operation for the restaurants and shops at Downtown Disney? Going next week!

You may try searching for a web site for the restaurant. I just googled Planet Hollywood and found their web site and you can see the hours. HOURS OF OPERATION:
Restaurant : 11am - 1am
Bar: 11am - 2am
Merchandise Shop: 10:00am - 2am
And this is for the one in Orlando.
Not sure what to tell for the shops???

Shops open daily 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Clubs open nightly 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.
