Downtown Disney Hours Question

We're heading over to Downtown Disney for shopping after a day at Universal. (It's a grad night so the parks close at 6 pm). I'm trying to remember/figure out from park hours, how late the shops are open. I know official hours are until 1 or 2 am but are the stores open that late? We're mostly heading to World of Disney and Goofy's Candy Co.

10am - 11pm is a posted time overall. Some days you see midnight. I think the 2 am is more for restaurants and bars.
