we will be going to Disney this summer i have a question about the restaurants at downtown disney. which ones are on the dinning plan and are there any suggestions. We have been to disney once but we didn't go to downtown. Is it something that we must do? we have two sons 2&5 are there things there they would enjoy?

Hi! We ate at Wolfgang Puck's and it was pretty good. It wasn't our favorite, but it was edible. Probably won't go back. We've been to Planet Hollywood too, which is really good and fun to look around. Not sure if it's included or not. There is a list somewhere here that tells all restaurants included. I'd find that and then look at reviews for the ones you want to try. We haven't been to any others downtown.

We've booked to eat at Planet Hollywood in DTD on our first night and it is included in the DDP.:woohoo: :woohoo:

Didn't you get a free hamburger meal there with your package too? You should get one at check-in.

For a quick stop DD Earl of Sanwich. They are on the DDP, but they are cheap too and very good! We ate Planet Hollywood. I wouldn't say it was bad, but the typical restaurant food. I think they aprticipate too. I love DD. Think of it as a big strip mall. Lots of shops-many geared towards children btw. There are the water fountains so they can get soaked. There use to be a lego land park where they could play. All the shops are interestingly designed. At least do a walk through and if itsn't for your family nothing lost!
