Downtown disney dining-HELP

Which would you choose to eat at from the above? It is for a family party of 7 but I am more interested which you would choose for overall experience as well as food.

We love the food here with great theming ,if you like Cajun food this is the place love the Voodoo Shrimp also have good selection of burgers and the Cajun Meatloaf is good.If you don't want to do dinner here,give HOB a try for lunch I think you will enjoy it.

Rainforest Café is such an immersive place.

Food is ample and at good value.


A close second would be Planet Hollywood because it is pretty fun to sit and watch clips of movies and such while dining on good food considering.

Wolfgang Puck's is excellent but very expensive. We thought Fulton's was very average for the price. One that is not on your list is Cap'n Jacks. We love to go there for lunch for there crab cakes and chowder. Not sure how dinner is but it is one of our lunch regulars. We do like House of Blues and that is what I voted on.

The theming at Rainforest is pretty cool, it helps us stay in the Disney feel, even though they're not Disney. House of Blues is also pretty themey, if you're into blues, and though I haven't been in quite a while, Planet Hollywood is themed as well. But they're all showcase-y and set up like museums sometimes, whereas Rainforest tries to put you in the middle of their ambience. For a family of 7, and considering overall experience as well as food, I would recommend Rainforest. Have fun at whatever you choose!

Do these restaurants require PS? If so, What type of waits are we in for if we don't call for PS?

i voted for Bongos. the food is great and the atmosphere is awsome! it is pretty much a meat and potatoes kind of place though. but this is a one of a kind place. the house of blues is also a great choice. ( although still a meat and potatoes kinda place! .... i am starting to see a pattern in my eating habbits here!! LOL ) however they have HOB all over the place!

the rainforest cafe is REALLY neat, but the food is not that great. if you dont go eat there atleast go look at the gift shop!

You left out perhaps the best of all DD restaurants-Portobello yacht Club.
If that was on purpose, then from your list I'd opt for House of Blues.
