Downtown Disney Best Western

We stayed at this hotel last week and were very unimpressed. It's old inside. The customer service was poor. The rooms and linens were old. The shower hardley worked. The bus only came every 30 minutes for one park, not each
park. The breakfast buffet that we bought with our package turned out to be a bagel and juice. I much prefer the Disney value resorts to this one. Just my thoughts!

i agree. i stayed there 2 nights but not for disney purposes. it was rubbish. not sure why anyone would stay around that area when the price is similar to disney value.

Im suprised we stayed for one night in Sept 2010, we just needed one night before we checked into the Poly and we didnt have any problems. Of course all we did was use the shower that night, watch Illuminations from the balcony and sleep and I do bring a comforter and sheet that I bring from home that I use even at the Poly ( Im a hotel germaphobe) We woke up the next morning brushed our teeth and got dressed and left to check into the Poly so we didnt have any issues. Thought the lobby was pretty, what little bit of service we had was fine. I got a rate of $59 for a disney room view..

I had a bad experience back in 2008 at the Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista up the road, it was completely disgusting but many ppl here had good experiences..
