I have searched these boards alot with few and far between mixed reviews of this hotel. We stayed one night May 1st and here's what I think...We had an Expedia rate of $87 (tax included but not $5 resort fee) for a preferred queen. There were only 2 of us so did not need the larger room with pull out bed but wanted to see how we would like it when we brought our 3 kids next year. Parking was great and close. Balcony was big and great (we upgraded to a DTD view for and extra $10 which was really dumb). The room was fine - two queens with a pull-out sofa that was very flimsy, I didn't even want to sit on it. THe mattresses don't have skirts and one had icky brown stuff smeared on the side. No fridge. Water pressure and temp. was good in bathroom.
We stayed here because our 1st night because we were headed to Pleasure Island, it was a grad night , and we wanted to avoid the reported bus gridlock.
We will not ever stay again. I'd rather give my $$ to Disney. ( If you are really wanting a cheap decent room and you get one of those great priceline rates-it good.
I never shook the feeling that I was on the edge of Disney looking in but NOT there. The place has potential and I wish they would try harder but it's blahhhh. The only one with any enthusiasm was the timeshare guy who kept telling people to get "settled in" and then come down and get their "welcome package"...avoid him. oh well, live learn. I hope this helps.
