Downtown Disney and Parking

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what address I could enter in the GPS to get to Downtown Disney with Parking so we can walk around and visit?

Also, if you would have the address for Disney Boardwalk with Parking?

since the disney broadwalk w/parking (not in BW itself) does not have an address just a location

the bw security guards are now surpose to kept anyone out that is not staying at BW. (bwv and bwi)

so you need to park in the other lot - it is past the gas station on the right.
