Downtown Disney and Cirque

If we use the bus transportation to get to Marketplace before Cirque how far of a walk will it be to Cirque. I am asking because my mil will be with us and walking may be a minor issue with her. She can do it if it isn't too far. Just curious

There are 2 bus stops, the second drops you by the west side. It wasnt very far from there to Cirque.

I think it is about a 1/4 mile from the PI bus stop...

Agreed, there are 2 bus stops at DTD. One is at the farthest end away from Cirque, the other is more in the middle. Be sure to get off at the correct stop. It is a fair walk, but not as bad as walking the entire lenght of DTD. Just be sure to allow yourself plenty of time. We rode the bus to Cirque from OKW last fall and it took a lot longer than we thought. When we got dropped off we had to kinda rush with 4 kids, but we made it okay and Cirque was fantastic!!!!

this could be right but i would have thought about twice that far...it's doable unless she has serious issues with walking but then i would guess you'd have a wc for her..as it's not as much as walking around any park

Thanks everyone. We are not doing a park that day so I thought we might visit Marketplace before the show and walk over from there. Is it more than a 20 minute walk? Just curious.

If you walk from the far end (1st busstop) by the Marketplace all the way to the other end where Cirque is, if you are with someone who needs to walk slow, I'd allow maybe 1/2 an hour, depending on the crowds, etc. DH and I did it, but we walk kind of fast, so depends on your group.

It's a fun walk. Get there early and enjoy the shops as you get to Cirq.
