Downsize at a Restaurant?

I am going to be changing ADR's from Kona Cafe to Planet Hollywood for tomorrow. I am putting 5 people in our reservation, if by any chance our friends do not join us, and have to put 2 people will they charge us for downsizing?

I think I recently read that as long as one member of your party shows up, you won't be charged the $10 for those that don't show

You'll be fine. As long as at least one person shows up for the reservation you will not be charged for the missing guests.
