Downgrading from Deluxe to Regular DP, lose ADRS?

I had the free dining plan and I upgraded to the deluxe. But, now I'm second guessing it because it seems like a lot more time in restaurants than in the parks. If I call to have them switch it back to regular dining plan, do I lose any of my adrs, especially those prepay ones that are being held with deluxe dining plan credits and not a credit card?

I'm worried about CRT in particular. I booked it online and reserved it with dining plan credits. Later I called Disney Dining and asked them to put it as a credit card reservation because I'm worried it might get cancelled when I downgrade, she said she changed it, but I still have not been charged on my credit card and MDE still says it is being held with DDP credits.
Every other time I have booked a prepay dinner the pending charge on my credit card was there almost immediately.

Has anyone done this before?

You will not lose your ADRs when you downgrade your dining plan. CRT can be booked with dining plan credits (DDP or DxDDP) or prepaid with a credit card, but again it won't be cancelled if you downgrade to the DDP.
