"Downgrading" from a Cat 3 to a Cat 4

Hello, I am thinking of changing dates for my cruise in 2010.....I am currently booked in a Cat 3.......can I "downgrade" to a Cat 4 without penalty? Has anyone ever done this? Any info appreciated.....TIA

You can downgrade to any category, and/ or change your dates, since you are so far out, without a penalty. Regardless of what you change to, the deposit you paid on the Cat 3 is completely non-refundable. We've had to change dates a couple of times, when we've had a Cat 3, and never had a problem.
