Down to the last couple days before my trip

a few wks ago I was in my bosses office literally on my hands & knees begging her to let me take the rest of my vacation time at the beginning of my vacation - she looked at me and said she couldnt say no!

Now that I'm home, I'm glad that I decided to add on at the end instead of at the start. Basically if I had left Wed afternoon, that day would have been shot and would have ended up only being one extra day. This way, I'm already down there and have all Sunday 3/6 all Monday 3/7 and Tuesday morning 3/8 at WDW.

I'm getting there. When I came home and relealized what it would have been like trying to get everything together tonight so I could catch the 145 pm flight Wednesday I was glad that it worked out the other way. Now I can have one more relaxing night before I have to get into vacation prep mode and make sure everything is checked and double checked. Once my friend comes and picks me up from work on Thursday, I won't be back home until I get back.

I still can't believe that in 2 days and 8 hours I will be at WDW for 12 days/11 nights.

I don't know if it will make up for your bad trip 4 years ago but I do hope it will go a long way towards doing so. Go & make yourself some magical memories!

yeah, it would have been CRAZY!!! atleast you'll get extra time, without extra craziness! don't forget to tell us all about your trip, especially me, I'm trying to decide if I want to take a solo trip for my b-day this year and would like to know how you like it!!

It's funny, but each day, I keep finding a little Disney magic here and there.

I guess I'm not really looking to completely forget that trip, because if it wasn't for that horrible experience, I wouldn't have been so determined to make this the best trip I could.

I hope you don't mind the trip report being delayed a couple days since I extending my trip. I will make sure to let you all know how it went, since I have many of you to thank for helping me out with my first onsite WDW vacation.

You will definitely have a great time when you stay that long. That is what we do. We usually go for about 11 days because i really like to enjoy myself and take advantage of hotel amenities. This year we are also extending our trip and will be going for 13 days.
