Down to 2 weeks!!!

So two weeks from today, we will drive to DL after work from Las Vegas. I am super excited and have had the trip planned since August (I know that is not a bit impressive to some of you guys who plan your trips WAY in advance since you travel from so much farther away) and it's seemed to take forever to get here.

We will be lining up outside the park before opening and was wondering if it's feasible for us to leave our hotel (the Red Lion) on foot at about 7:10-7:15 and be at the gates around 7:30. Will there be a TON of people there already or should we make our way over earlier? My husband will kill me if I want him up WAY early just to stand in line, but I was wondering how the line is in the morning pre-opening. I'm hoping that it being off-inbetween-season in conjunction with the Christmas Parade taping on the day we are there (November 5th) will lighten some of the wait times, but we'll see.

I am SO ready for DL!
