Down Syndrome Shirt Design Help

I saw a shirt somewhere the other day (etsy maybe, I'll have to double check there) somewhere and wanted to see if anyone on here could create the design for my DS who has Down Syndrome.

Shirt had a picture of 3 chromosomes and said "3 are better than 2" or close to that.

cafepress.com also has lots of products regarding Down syndrome. I have a license plate frame that says "my kid has more chromosomes than your kid!"
