Down payment ??

Hi everyone! I have a hopefully quick question. I split my down payment between my Disney Visa and my bank account. I wanted to get some rewards points which is why I did this. I see the charge to my Disney Visa and I see the charge for the closing costs against my bank account, but I don't see charge for the rest of my down payment. I'm thinking that cause it's a big amount that it's just waiting to be approved by the bank but I'm not sure. Has anyone ever experienced this where only part of the payment appeared pending for a few days?

I'm going to put a call into my guide tomorrow morning, but I was wondering if anyone might know. Thanks in advance!
