Dover Port Arrival Time

What is the earliest you can get into the Dover Port? Trying to figure out train departures and my disney reservation won't pull up because I'm sailing tomorrow. Thanks.

Hi - when I look at mine, the earliest port arrival time is 11am for our trip in July.
