Doubting my ADR's???

Hello Everyone!!

I'm having doubts now about my ADR's....I'll explain!

Here is how our trip looks after arrival day.

Day 1: DHS and Kouzzina for Dinner (5:20)
Day 2: AK and Chef Mickey's for Dinner(5:35)
Day 3: Epcot and Coral Reef for Dinner
Day 4: MK and CRT for Dinner


I don't have Park Hoppers and We know that day 3&4 are staying the same.
Where my doubt come in is travel time.
Do I have time to get from AK to CM's???? DHS to Kouzzina???
I dunno what to do???? I'm also scared that DD3 will flip out at CM's.
Should I add a "just in case" ADR somewhere??? If so where??

Will you have enough time to get from the parks to the resort for your ADRs? You should if you leave the park an hour before your dining time and go directly to the resort. Shouldn't be a problem with your AK day, since it closes early.

Not sure what you meant about your DD flipping out. Do you mean you think she'll be afraid of the characters? You will have a chance to see how she reacts on your first day in the parks, then if necessary make alternate arrangements. I don't know when you are going to be at WDW. If it is during the busy months, it may be difficult to get a next day ADR, but as long as you're flexible, you can just call Disney dining and ask what restaurants are have availability. You can no longer hold more than one reservation for a given meal period (Ie: dinner ADRs at 2 different restaurants on the same day).

As for your DHS day- you would have to leave around 45 minutes to an hour before your ADR. Will you be returning to DHS after dinner? If so, I would actually recommend just finding an ADR at a TS restaurant in the park, thus avoiding 1 1/-2 hours of travelling time (round trip).

For day 1, you wont have any problems going from HS to boardwalk (where Kouzinna is located). Just take the boat from HS to boardwalk! very easy to get to!

Day 2 seems ok. As the pp said, Ak closes early so that shouldnt be an issue. just give yourself 1 hr of travel time if taking the disney bus.

Days 3 & 4 are perfect. have a great time!!!

DH and I talked about it and looked over the maps and we decided to leave everything as is.

Thanks for the info on the boat as well...I'm glad it will be easy. We need easy with 3 kids

I would be a bit concerned with the AK day and Chef Mickey's at 5:45. That is if you are leaving at 5pm when AK closes.

It is a good 20-25min bus ride from AK to CR, so that would leave only a 20(ish) min window to wait for a bus.
At closing time you can easily wait 20-30mins for a bus, due to the masses leaving the park.

So I would plan on leaving at 4:30 to make the ressie in plenty of time. Even at that time plenty of people will be leaving to "avoid" the masses exiting, so you still may have a bit of a wait. But you should still be good.
