Doubletree shuttle?

Hi,

My husband and I are planning to take our son to Disneyland in October for his 2nd birthday. We are thinking of staying at the Doubletree. Can someone please tell me if there's a shuttle, and if not, is the bus convenient and how much does it cost?

Which Doubletree? The one on Harbour doesn't have a private shuttle but the Anaheim Resort Transit http://www.rideart.org/ (prices and maps are listed) runs to and from the hotel/resort. I believe the Doubletree in Orange has a shuttle but I haven't stayed there, have only seen the shuttle.

Hi! If your son is turning 2, I'm guessing he will be in need of a mid-day break back at the hotel? For a nap, a swim and some down time from all the overstimulation... You might want to consider staying at a close by hotel, within walking distance. The shuttles can be a pain. Especially ART-- my brother and his wife and 5 y.o. stayed offsite and used ART, and they said that while the hotel was nice, they'd never make that mistake again. It took them too darn long to catch the shuttle back to the hotel for a nap break every day. They either just missed it, or the drivers were on lunch break from noon-1, or on the busy weekend, it was late or just didn't come at all.
