Doubletree Resort International Drive

Hi Guys,

I just wondered if any of you can tell me what kind of a room to request for this hotel as I have read reviews and they seem varied.. I have read about tower and garden rooms, some being very far away etc.. I had some trouble with my travel agent about the booking (on their part!) so I am sure they would accomodate me if I requested a particular type of room..

Hope you can help!

The hotel recently changed from the international resort. I've only stayed in the tower rooms, but they are nice. The resort also has two story outside rooms spread through out the resort. You are directly adjacent to the sea world parking lot. You could probably walk there. Across the street is a strip mall with a few restaurants (flippers, subway and an India restaurant. The area is somewhat rundown, but it appears like it is trying to make a come back with updated properties(including the double tree). The I-trolley runs by the property, so you can get anywhere on I drive and the hotels provides transportation. Have fun.
