No.Its not right across the street from the buses.
I assume you talk about the Disney Park buses???
The hotel has buses that goes to all the parks every 30,min (about 10 past,and 40 min,over the hr).
If you just NEED to ride Disney busses, you can do that by walking to Downtown Disney, its an 15-20 min walk, and use Disney buses from there,but these Disney buses do NOT go to any parks,only hotels,so you can take a Dis bus,to a Dis hotel,change bus there,and take a Dis bus to the park.
That is if you MUST ride on a Disney bus.

I know when you stand at the bus stops at DTD you can see some hotels and I wondered if one of them was the Doubletree. The marketplace bus stop. Thinking of staying here because it is a lot cheaper then on property. I would love to be able to walk to DTD.

Well. if you stand at the bus stop @ DTD, where the Disney bus stops,(behind Earl Of Sandwich), and look up Hotel Plaza Blv, The Doubletree are the one fares away, it takes 15-20 min to walk to it.
On the plus side,the Doubletree are the one closest to the crossroads shopping area,right across the street. here you find a large grocery store (Goodings),and lots of brand named eateries.
The DTD hotel bus does NOT stop @ the Disney bus stop @ DTD.
(Well, late in the evening the DTD hotel buses,have shuttles to DTD).
