Doubletree Castle

Has anyone stayed at the Doubletree Castle hotel? Any thoughts?

have stayed there a few times and enjoyed it
besure to go up on the roof at night when getting off the elevator go to the left and then look striaght if its the time around the fireworks at MK or EPCOT you can see them
then during the day on a clear day you can see cinderella's castle TOT contemporary

not much of a choice for food in am never ate their during other times
