We will be going to WDW in 1 month (hurray) and traveling with a 2 year old and 4 year old. I have a double jogging stroller that I was considering bringing with me. Or would it be easier to just rent one. We are staying at AKL and I'm not sure if it will be too big to lug around..Please help!!

Our jog stroller is difficult to collapse and I don't think it would fit easily on the buses, but I haven't tried it. We just rent strollers at the parks.

I don't think you should bring anything that will be too bulky, but I do suggest you bring your own from home. There are other places you might want to use the stroller, such as DD or the Boardwalk, or even at the airport, you can use it and then gate-check. We just find its easier to bring our own, even if its only an umbrella stroller. Have fun!

We are planning to bring our double jogger (my boys are 1.5 and 3.5) in two weeks. Jogger strollers have improved recently with regard to being able to collapse and carry them, so it depends on how new yours is. Ours is a Baby Trend, we bought it earlier this year, and it collapses just fine and is not too heavy. We almost bought a used one from a friend, until we realized that, even collapsed, it did not fit in the back of our VAN! Anyway, keep in mind that if your boys are heavy (like mine) a double jogger will be much easier to push than a regular stroller. Also, just to note, I had been wanting to buy a double jogger rain cover since we are going in a rainy time, and could not find one. Last week I bought a SINGLE jogger stroller rain cover at Babies R Us and it fits pretty well! It doesn't come down quite as far on the sides, of course, but it will keep them dry. Regular rain covers don't work very well with that long front section.

We are also bringing our double jogging stroller in 17 days! We have brought it before and while it is a pain to get on the bus, the kids are comfortable in it all day. We have rented strollers in the past, but some parks have the kind that do not recline. Plus, that can be expensive and time consuming, standing in line to rent.

Jennyfar, we'll be there in 15 days! Maybe if I see another double jogger it will be you. I also wanted to add that our stroller can "click" shut when it collapses, but we have found time and time again that it is much faster NOT to click it, it takes too much time and is hard on your fingers, and it seems to stay collapsed well enough without clicking it (I am thinking on the bus, etc.)
