double stroller -- swap board?

hi everyone -- we are going to the world in nov!!

it will be me and hubby, son - almost 5 and other son 7 months. i think i want a double stroller for the trip. im looking at getting the maclaren trump. double stroller. -- someone made a comment about a stroller swap board -- or like a stroller ebay -- anyone know what im talking about. i want the stroller -- just dont know if i want to pay 225 dollars for it
