I have a sit and stand deluxe from One step ahead and a bumbleride Indie twin that I LOVE - but I love it too much to bring it to WDW (I fear it will get broken or stolen between the flight and our time in the world). I don't want to bring the sit and stand b.c I want both girls to be comfortable and nap when they want/need to.

So to all the parents on here - if I'm going to invest in another double stroller for our WDW trip I would rather purchase it soon so that I can get some use out of it.

Here is what I need. I will be traveling with DD#1 who will be 34 month old at the time of the trip, and our DD#2 will turn 1 at the end of the trip.

I would like a stroller that:
Is side by side
Reclines so both girls can sleep comfortably
Decent sun canopy since May is hot
snack tray
easy to push
decent storage basket for a diaper bag and other essentials
Something that folds easily (let me know if you can put it into a stroller bag for the flight there and back).

As I said I would love to take my bumbleride they both are very comfortable - and we have snap in snack trays but I don't think there is a stroller bag big enough for it and I don't want it destroyed on the trip down or back.

What can you all recommend? I have started looking at the Peg Pergo aria.

I love my Baby Jogger City series double! I have also seen that people have bought the Baby Jogger City Mini and love that too. I would check it out!

It is light, pushes very easily and my kids like riding in it.

I have the BJCM single and it meets all of your criteria..easy to fold, light, huge sunshade and easy to roll. Best stroller I ever had. I ordered it from Albee.com and had it at my door within 3 days.

I have the Peg Perego Aria Twin B. It reclines very nicely and folds easily. I'm not sure if it would fit in a stroller bag, never used one. The sun shade isn't great, but at WDW I made sure to re-apply sunscreen often and if they were napping and I needed to sit too, we'd find a spot in the shade so it was fine. There's a big storage space underneath, but too heavy stuff will make it drag. I love my Peg! Also, it's VERY light...maybe 15 or 18lb only.

Maclaren twins are good, fold up like and umbrella stroller but hold up to 110 lbs good canopy and seats recline

The city mini's don't have snack trays though right? Is there an attachment tray you can add like the bumblerides have?

Yes - they clip right onto the belly bar - here's a picture:

TOTALLY recommend the Baby Jogger strollers, either the City Mini which is still well-sized for taller kids or the Classic or Elite Joggers which are awesome. You can't beat the sunshades on the BJ strollers, the easy fold and they are a dream to push.

Does anyone have the City Micro that they can tell me about? I looked and it has a snack try you can add and a travel bag.

Haven't actually seen the Micro but the Mini also has a snack tray and a travel bag that you can add.

I have an InStep Safari II double jogger stroller and I LOVE it. It is side by side, reclines on both sides, has a 5 pt harness on both sides, has two big storage bins on th bottom, and folds really easily. Only things it dont have you wanted were a snack tray, and a bag to store it, but there may be one for it, I just never needed one so I never bothered. I do have a rain cover for it that is amazing. We keep it on the stroller all the time rain or shine so that we can put our stuff in the seats and cover the whole thing up. Harder to steal stuff out of the stroller if theres a rain cover over it all the time.....we lock the wheels too.

The Micro's hoods don't look like they will cover very much.

I have an Aria SBS and hate it; the sun coverage isn't good at all especially when they try to nap. I had to put blankets over them for shade and then they'd cook without airflow.

I'd go with the BJ Mini.

I have a Combi Twin Savvy that works well for us -- the girls love it. Only drawback is the baskets undreneath are awkward -- but I can fit my regular sized Vineyard Vines bags in one of the baskets (I just did when we were in NYC this weekend). We saw lots of Combis at WDW.

That being said, we got that stroller over two years ago, before BJ City Mini's were big around here. All my friends who have gotten a BJ City Mini Double more recently LOVE theirs. I do too :rotfl: I know the Micro hasn't come out yet, but it does look like a perfect travel stroller.

I wonder if I sell our old single Zooper, and the hand me down beat up jogger, DH will let me get the City Micro? :rotfl2:

I have some sort of InStep; bought it for last year's Disney trip off of Craig's List. Great doulble stroller. Huge canopy with a visor that hangs down some, reclining seats and baskets big enough underneat to hold lunch for 5 people. I also have a double Maclaren, but that is too hard to push all week long.

I have both a Combi Twin (City Savvy) and a Baby Jogger City Mini Double.

I'd say for Disney, I prefer the Combi double (it's now called a city sport). The new ones now have a better basket-- one larger basket under both seats rather than two small ones. The recline is good, canopy so-so. I love this stroller because it's light, has a carrying strap, and folds very compactly. It has a cupholder, but no real snack tray.

The BJCMD is nice, but my kids don't like it as much because they don't sit completely upright. Plus, you have to buy a belly bar and snack trays separately- which is about $90 total. The fold couldn't be easier and the canopy is great! It's also more prone to tipping than the Combi if you hang bags off the back.

I really like both strollers but I do like the Combi better for Disney.
