Double Reservations Online System

Yesterday, I made a SLEW of bookings for every type of meal. However, even when I said to cancel an existing reservation, it didn't cancel and made the additional reservation with conflicting times on top of it.

Example:

I had a BOG Dinner for 4 at 9:35 on a Sunday

I made an 'Ohana Dinner for 4 at 9:35 instead,confirming the cancellation.

My itinerary shows me having 2 reservations for 4, both at 9:35 on Sunday, at BOG and 'Ohana.

Is this because they're technically at different locations? I tried this with a lunch at Epcot at two different places and it successfully cancelled one for the other. I figured I'd hold onto these reservations until the vacation drew closer and we figured out which we actually wanted to do, but it seems like a bug.
 
I think it's a glitch, I had the same issue with a galactic breakfast. It said you have to cancel, I said OK, but then still showed in my reservations. I ended up co-ordinating with someone to drop it and they grabbed it no problem. No point in holding onto 2 reservations for the same place at the same time :thumbsup2
 
Call to confirm you actually have two reservations. We had a glitch similar to this and one of them was actually a ghost reservation and we cancelled the other one and were left with none.
 
I was booking through the app and had a similar issue, closed out the app and reloaded finding only one.

If you have two, good luck, nice to have options!
