Double reservation?

I'm really torn. I have reservations using BDP code of POR. I've been thinking of splitting my stay at AKL and POR, but I'm not sure when I want to make the switch(it depends on others that will be with us for part of that time-they haven't made there final plans yet.) I'd prefer to stay at AKL for the whole time but that may not be possible for the others.(Sounds confusing I know) Anyway the BDP rate is so good at AKL now that I hate to wait to book it but I don't want to cancel my POR just in case. Everything will be settled within 2 weeks.
Question will Disney allow 2 reservations for the same time period for the same people? I don't think they will but if would save me a lot of stress.

I've got 2 right now...though- they're off by a day from one another

1 is feb 16-23 the others feb 15-22 (flights are crazy on the 16th)

Its a grand gathering for 14 of us- 4 rooms at POFQ, both reservations are in the same names etc.

Hopefully after tomorrow when we all sit down and say yeah or nay, we can book our flights, and cancel the one we dont go with.

I have one till nov 1st and the other nov 2nd without deposits.

Hmm! That's interesting. Thanks. This should solve that problem since I'd like to stay at AKL for the first 3 nights definitely. I could then make the reservations for POR for the remainig time.
