Double Reservation, can I do this?

I posted on here before about adding the dining plan to our linked reservations at BCV. I have to add it to the whole reservation, which i don't think i want to do. Haven't decided yet! So I have a one day reservation for a friend at the BWV in a standard studio one of the days we are at BCV. They can no longer use it. I'm going to lose the 10 points if i cancel, as i wont be going back for 2 years. Could i possibly put it in my name and have a double reservation and add the dining plan to that one day? I'm even thinking of checking in for that day with my husband and having some quiet for a night away from my teenage and adult kids! Will this work? I know the lead name has to be different. I cant add it to my online account right? So if i want to use the plan in a park i wont have tickets linked to the BWV bands. So we i still be able to bring the extra bands along and use the plan? Hope this makes sense!

Use a different name. You'll have problems with your magic band if you're profile is linked to two rooms for the same night. It won't unlock one of the doors. There's no way to know in advance which one won't work.

I have my name first on one reservation and my husbands on the other. I linked the BWV 1 night reservation to another online profile, will that be ok?
